Compositor and Educator with a passion for learning and solving complex problems. Quick and effective with an eye for detail, while producing high quality products on time.

I’ve worked as a Compositor in Film and Episodic TV for the last 10 years of my career. In that time, I have worked in a plethora of Compositing niches in major markets such as Los Angeles, Toronto, and New York. My proudest achievement was working on “They Shall Not Grow Old” as we helped preserved historical footage for generations to come. These experiences have allowed me to acquire a skill set that I call upon every day in everything I create and teach.

Education has been a passion of mine for a long time. I love learning and sharing that knowledge and experience with others. There’s a joy that comes from seeing someone’s eyes light up when everything clicks. My own personal “aha!” moments are where I drive my teaching style as some methods weren’t always effective at conveying the information that I needed in my own creative journey. My years of industry experience allows me to draw some great examples and help express information beyond the usual tutorial.

I create and study in my free time, and make sure to enjoy the product that comes from the process. The technical and artistic process is what propels me through life, and I enjoy every second of the journey.
